It's in plain daylight, but despite the sheer heft of the sword he moves very fast and can even get airborne with it.

[Absolutely not; the first rule of fencing is leverage and that sword is so big her rapier wouldn't be able to control it! Instead, it might seem for a split second like she freezes--but it's Alisaie gathering herself for a Displacement, leaping backwards and executing a quick twisting flip as she goes. She can't get the same distance as she normally would given the sand beneath her feet and her inability to tap into her aether (and so there's no counterattack either), but it gets her out of the way fast enough!
She isn't upset by the interruption to her practice though; not one bit.]

[This is what happens when you pit fencing against whatever-the-fuck his swordsmanship is supposed to be (jack-of-all-trades, probably, these ninja sword kids are bullshit, y'all); still, she's small and light enough to pull off such quick moves and it doesn't seem as though Suigetsu is all that intent on following up just yet.
