[Alisaie may not be able to see him, but he'll see her lose her casual bearing as Naito noses a little closer, shifting instead so that she can move if necessary. Taf comes forward in his little cat form, hissing a warning at Suigetsu's daemon--stay back.]

I expect you're going to tell me it wasn't.

[It's kind of funny, actually. The shark does a little loop, circling closer and then farther away, not particularly threatening but probably much more messing around. Daemon and master are the same as always, it seems.

Suigetsu snickers briefly.]

Why would I do that. Not like I've gotta deal with it; you're just messing up on your own time.

[It's the same as always, but at the same time a side of Suigetsu she hasn't seen before, a marked difference from the cheerful, laughing person he'd shown the rest of him. She's grown used to him laughing at others and teasing, but this is the first it feels truly pointed. Having heard that Alphinaud was emotionally linked to him this week, she feels like maybe she understands why he seemed uneasy at times throughout the week.

Or she could be reading too much into it, who knows. At any rate, she won't be dropping her guard again--just in case.]

[Sometimes a fish changes its scales just because it pops up into the sun; not that a shark is particularly a scaly fish, but maybe that's why the deep sea daemon, too.

[Rooming with a murderer last week, emotionally tethered with a murderer this week... Alphinaud's had no luck.]

No. I expect that everyone else was likely voting for the person they thought most likely to be a culprit.
