What I am starting to worry is...recall the case of how Mr. Suigetsu was discovered? Wasn't there evidence placed there that framed him, by someone else?
Could this whole affair have been tampered with by a third party, outside of our murderer and victims?
Was there? I had thought we simply mixed evidence from the different cases together.
[I, Caitie, have an appointment in 20 mins and havent had time to look over the docs yet. That said;]
What this does mean, though, is that Alisaie's theory is all the more plausible, since the killer would have been in the room to see the note, and could have easily altered it. And they would have had access to Mr Salazar's weapon, so if they added marks to what he wrote, they would not look any different.

The theory I had was that the third party, who can "see things during the murder" located Mr. Rex's body in the storage room, and attempted to make it easier for us by pulling him out so he could be found. This could acknowledge why you were left behind in the storage room, as they were unaware of the fact that you were there in the back.
But this is only a theory. Otherwise, we get stuck in the mud of that question of "why move the body after he died"? To hide the method of death, perhaps?

Somehow in bringing us closer to understanding the true facts of the case you have given us more questions instead of answers.

[And he frowns.]

Still, it is an interesting thought. For what reason would a third party have had reason to tamper with the scene?

[Hmm. She frowns a little - the idea that this could be true troubles her somewhat.]
Does it really make it easier for us?

[A bitter sort of laugh.]
If that was the case, no, it does not. I would think it more likely for it to be the murderer, in that case. Though why they would leave you behind...

[She touches her cheek, thoughtful.]
I don't think we've as yet found an answer to that question. There must be some reason, mustn't there?
